2. Personal data we process

Through the website we process:

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number (when you contact us by form, email or WhatsApp)
• Request content: the message and preferences you send us
• Security data: IP address, browser and device information, access logs
• Your language preference (through a functional cookie only)

3. Purposes

• Answering your questions and requests and providing information about your stay
• Keeping the website secure and working properly
• Meeting legal obligations (e.g. Law No. 5651)
• Responding to requests from competent authorities

4. Legal grounds

We process your data under Article 5/2 KVKK: where necessary to establish or perform a contract (c), to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). In any other case we ask for your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts the website, with the email service provider that delivers contact-form messages, and with competent public authorities. Transfers to providers abroad are made in line with Article 9 KVKK.

Online booking takes place in a separate booking system (ElektraWeb – avsarhotel.rezervasyonal.com); the privacy notice on that site applies to data processed there. You are directed to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps only by your own choice.

6. How we collect data

You provide your data through website forms, email, phone and WhatsApp; security data is collected automatically through server logs and cookies.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to the third parties concerned
• Object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
